The Dhe'nar of The Tower

yes, Starshadow's q'hali was me, at the time. Hehheh. Sorry, no performance
element listed here.. I initially performed this on the fly. Listed people were
the only active members of the Tower that my character associated with at the
time. Given, this was written over a year ago (2006?), and people and positions
in the Tower have changed.)
